Refund / Cancellation Policy

Workshop Reservations

All reservations must be made by telephone to 01279-882290, secured by credit/debit card authorisation.  Your reservation is confirmed when your credit/debit card is successfully authorised.

Payment will not be requested from your card provider until your workshop is held.

If you are in doubt of certain information or have further enquiries about your reservation, please drop us an email to [email protected] or call on 01279-882290, we are happy to answer any query with regards to the reservation.

Cancellation

No show on the day of the workshop event: 100% of fees associated with Workshop + 10% Cancellation Fee.

Cancellation LESS than 7 working days prior to the workshop event: 90% of fees associated with Workshop + 10% Cancellation Fee.

Cancellation 7 OR MORE working days prior to the workshop event: 10% Cancellation Fee.

All cancellations must be made by email.

Rates

Rates published by email on request.

We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices displayed on the website from time to time with or without prior notice.

Payment

Payment shall be made either by paypal transfer, credit card or bank transfer.  If you pay by credit card, we shall not be liable in any way if either Paypal or any other financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

We will only confirm your reservation once we received notification on the successfully authorised transaction for the full amount.

Payment for authorised transactions will be requested on or after the day of the workshop.

Refund Policy

We will refund the amount based on the cancellation terms.

If, at the end of the workshop, you state that you are dissatisfied, you may ask for and complete a refund request form and hand this to consultant at the end of the day of the workshop.  We shall not collect payment if you have properly completed a refund request form.  If, for whatever reason, the authorised amount has already been collected, we shall have no liability beyond refunding the amount with 5 working days.

Refunds will not be granted for as a result of NO SHOW and failure to inform us on your cancellation in advance.
